President Obama took time out of his busy golfing schedule last week to make a statement about James Foley, the journalist who was savagely beheaded by ISIL terrorists after being kidnapped two years ago.
The President’s statement was flat, monotonous and droll. It was almost like he didn’t want to be there. He reads his statement like somebody reading morning announcements at a local high school:
